The Role
As Service Manager, you will support the Registered Manager in delivering outstanding care, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will lead a dedicated care team, champion person-centred practices, and drive operational excellence to enhance the lives of those we support.

Regulatory Compliance & Standards
Operational Leadership
Team Management & Development

Supervise and support care staff, ensuring completion of appraisals, supervisions, and spot checks.

Foster a positive and motivated workplace culture, promoting staff well-being and professional growth.

Participate in recruitment, induction, training, and team meetings.
Person-Centred Care

Develop and implement care plans that reflect service users' choices, goals, and needs.

Conduct initial assessments and risk evaluations, ensuring timely updates as required.
Stakeholder Engagement
Incident Management
Service & Crisis Development

Support service growth by attending external events and building partnerships with local organisations.

Take a proactive role in crisis situations, ensuring safety and effective resolution.
Technology & Compliance

Oversee the use of care management systems and ensure accurate, compliant record-keeping.

Participate in the organisation's on-call system for out-of-hours service support.
About You
We are looking for a compassionate, organised, and proactive leader with:

NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent
-
Experience in care management and a strong understanding of CQC and Health & Safety regulations.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
